Looks delicious! Definitely going to try these recipes. We've been in an asparagus/broccoli/salad rut, so can't wait to have some bok choy!

Sounds and looks very tasty! I don't make pork chops very often as I tend to dry them out. I'm sure yours are much improved coming from a local farmer.

The lime juice tenderizes, searing them keeps them moist!
